Regarding Internet relationships

Regarding Internet relationships...

Romantic, business or friendship, take anything that may seem off the wall with a grain of salt.

It is so very hard to read between the lines of an e-mail or wall posting. You cannot see the body language the facial expressions or know what the person is trying to convey from their heart, especially if you do not know someone personally.

Depending on YOUR current mood... a sentence can mean many things.

Consider how different a sentence can be depending on where you put your emphasis. Like so:

I like him.

(I) like him - Maybe you don't, but I do.
I (LIKE) him. - Don't get any ideas. I like him. That's all.
I like (HIM). - As opposed to somebody else.

And meanings of different types of people, Like so:

I'll take care of you.

To a romantic - it means it will all be happily ever after
To a psycho - it means You will suffer horribly for my pleasure
To a lawyer - it means I will become wealthy indeed (no offense, Monroe & Yuri)
To a hip-hop diggin' brother this means: Your worries are over. I will hook you up.
To someone from Sicily this means: You'll be sleeping with the fishes soon.
To a Prison "boss" - I dread to think

How will you take this posting? I hope with a smile, a giggle and a bit serious... and maybe an "aha" moment.
